Celebrating Young Givers: The Hearts for Respite Impact Luncheon
Each year, Lopez Elementary 4th graders host a community luncheon to celebrate their Project Heart Impact Project and gift the funds they've raised to Respite Care.
Every year, fourth graders at Lopez Elementary School in Fort Collins, Colorado, host a very special luncheon — a celebration of everything they have learned, given, and accomplished through their Project Heart Impact Project. The Hearts for Respite Luncheon is more than just a gathering. It is the moment when students stand before their community and show what young people are capable of when they are trusted with purpose.
