Project Planner
Every great impact project deserves a great plan — and this printable planner gives students the structure they need to take an idea all the way to action. Page one walks the group through all five stages of the Design Thinking Process: identifying who they're solving a problem for, defining their problem statement, brainstorming solutions, landing on a final prototype, and reflecting on what they've tested and learned.
Page two is where the project becomes real: students name their Project Heart, list the materials they'll need, and identify any other needs that have to be addressed before they can launch. Together, the two pages transform an exciting but abstract idea into a concrete, actionable plan that a class or group can actually execute. Print one for every team and watch the energy in the room shift from "what should we do?" to "here's exactly how we're going to do it."
