Continuation of the Week 7 work session. Action teams revisit the Project Planner, address any remaining tasks, and support one another through challenges. Facilitators close with a group debrief where team leaders share wins and failures, celebrating perseverance as much as success. The Project Heart Rubric is reviewed upon completion to reflect on successes and challenges.
